to abuse

until someone
or something

of your past

all over again

permanent genetic mutation
we can feel
in our bones

caused by
abusing
drugs and alcohol

that causes us
to risk relapse
until the day we die

Until we get
an addiction pill

the best hope
we have
against relapse
