I made direct amends
to the people I harmed
during the time
I spent as a
suffering addict

Although I devoted
an entire year’s work on

Traditional Step 8
Made a list of
all persons
we had harmed
and became willing to
make amends to
them all

and

Traditional Step 9
We made amends to
the people
we had harmed
except when to do so
would injure them
or others

during my first time
I worked through
the traditional 12 Steps

I never
really felt that
I had gotten my
karma all set straight

After completing
this third slog
through the
traditional 12 Steps
and
publishing the results on
GetAFuckingSponsor.org

I now feel that my
karmic energy is
finally balanced with
the universe

I feel much better now
and
I hope the people I
harmed feel peaceful too

I know that
what I did was wrong
and
I hope you agree that
what I’ve now done
finally makes it right
